TOOLS.

In this section we aim to keep those hard to find tools that a lot of modelmakers require but frequently can't find. Starting with two drawplates, these items are often very hard to come across.

DRAWPLATE. ROUND HOLE.

Here we have a hardened steel drawplate with 63 holes. Ideal for reducing soft medal or hardwoods such as our treenail stock or soft brass wire. These units are heavy for there size hence this will affect postage rates on these units.

As can be seen in the photograph above these draw plates go down to the smallest of holes being only tenths of a thou in dia. The photograph has been left at a very  size to show you, the customer, the size of these very small holes. Please note the photographs shows the top and bottom surfaces of these tools, ie, two drawplates to show both sides.

These square hole drawplates are the same in construction and hardness as the above round hole units. Again the photograph is a large picture to show you the detail of these units

HALF ROUND DRAWPLATES.

These units are the same specification as the square hole units. Ideal for making caping rails and small rubbing strakes. A very unusual and very hard to find item.

JAPANESE RIGGING SHEARS.

These superb rigging shears are razor sharpe and last for years. They allow access into the smallest spaces for clean easy cutting of threads or materials. Please do not let children handle these shears as they are NOT toys, but a professional quality tool.

These rigging shears are offered at only £ 1.99 per pair, this is considerably lower than most outlets as we have seen these as high as £4.50 a pair.
